CBS just released the info about the first two episodes of Three Rivers. They also decided to swap the two first episodes, so Place of Life will air first, Tick-Tock will air second. This is the new season premiere info:

“Place of Life” – After suffering a heart‑attack, Dr. Andy Yablonski (Alex O’Loughlin) tells a young pregnant woman that in order to save her and her unborn child she must get a heart transplant. However, unexpected complications with the donor’s family place the operation in jeopardy, on THREE RIVERS, premiering Sunday, Oct. 4 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. (Previously scheduled for a later date)
THREE RIVERS is a medical drama that goes inside the emotionally complex lives of organ donors, the recipients and the surgeons at the preeminent transplant hospital in the country, where every moment counts. However, dealing with donor families in their darkest hour and managing the fears and concerns of apprehensive recipients takes much more than just a sharp scalpel. Leading the elite team is Dr. Andy Yablonski, the highly-skilled workaholic lead organ transplant surgeon, whose good-natured personality and sarcastic wit makes him popular with his patients and colleagues. His co-workers include Dr. Miranda Foster, a surgical fellow with a rebellious streak and fiery temper who strives to live up to her deceased father’s excellent surgical reputation; Dr. David Lee, a womanizing surgical resident who’s broken as many hearts as he’s replaced; Ryan Abbott, the inexperienced new transplant coordinator who arranges the intricately choreographed process of quickly and carefully transporting organs from donor to patient; Dr. Sophia Jordan, a brilliant surgeon at the top of her field and the head of surgery. She has a vast amount of experience, training all around the world, which gives her an extremely diverse point-of-view; and Pam Acosta, Andy’s no-nonsense operating assistant and best friend. In this high stakes arena, in which every case is a race against the clock, these tenacious surgeons and medical professionals are the last hope for their patients.

I like the fact that Fringe will actually get to develop Broyles’ character more this season. We were mostly getting background on the strange occurances and on Peter & Walter Bishop. This will be cool:
Question: Any interesting Fringe news? —Sara Ausiello: We’ll find out what makes Broyles tick this season. Among the revelations: “He’s ex-military,” reveals his portrayer, Lance Reddick, “which probably won’t surprise anyone. You will find out that he’s a colonel and has a very long history with the Fringe division. You will also find out why I got divorced later in the season and my ex-wife will be on screen. We will meet her and that is interesting. That’s actually a big episode for Broyles. In the same episode, we revisit an old case of mine that comes back and rears its ugly head.” [Source: EW]
