Law & Order SVU Spoiler: Previews of Kathy Griffin’s Guest Star Role
Feb 25th, 2010 by Lynn DeVries

I am soooo looking forward to this episode of Law & Order: SVU. Not only is it one of my favorite shows on TV, but Kathy Griffin is the guest star on the next episode. And I love Kathy Griffin too! It’s going to be fantastic!

Take a look at the role Kathy will be playing on the episode. She’ll be playing the part of the angry lesbian out for justice. There’s absolutely no more perfect role for her! Here are two clips of her in the episode:

In this clip, Kathy’s character makes an advance toward Det. Benson. Kathy looks hurt when Benson has to tell her the straight truth:

Again this year, TV Guide has published their findings in a study of the highest paid TV actors. And once again, Kiefer Sutherland is at the top of the list. [Source: 8/10/09 issue of TV Guide Magazine]

All of these are deserving the high honors, but what about the long-time favorites, Mariska Hargitay and Christopher Meloni of Law & Order: SVU? And nothing against Mr. Sutherland, but I think House is a much better show than 24, and feel that if anyone deserves the highest pay on TV it should be Hugh Laurie. But that’s just me. ;-)

Here’s the list of the drama frontrunners in the list:

  • Kiefer Sutherland (24) – $550,000 an episode (HIGHEST PAID DRAMA STAR)
  • Hugh Laurie (House) – $400,000 an episode
  • Mark Harmon (NCIS) – $325,000 an episode
  • Ellen Pompeo (Grey’s Anatomy) – $275,000 an episode
  • Tim Roth (Lie to Me) – $250,000 an episode
  • Simon Baker (The Mentalist) – $250,000 an episode
  • Tom Welling (Smallville) – $175,000 an episode
  • Jennifer Love Hewitt (Ghost Whisperer) – $150,000 an episode
  • Blake Lively (Gossip Girl) – $50,000 an episode
